George tipped me off to a nifty little app called Posterino:

Posterino provides a solution for the common problem we face in the age of digital images: We shoot a lot of marvelous pictures, bury them deep down in the file system of our computers and most of them never see the light of day again. The solution is simple: Compose a “best of” poster every couple of months and pin it on the wall in your hall.

I’ve often said the Mac is not “better” than the PC, just more fun. And Posterino is yet another example, although there must be similar programs for the PC.

I grabbed a few images at random and did the “poster” below. These have absolutely nothing in common except they are mine.

The blurb above from the Posterino website is on the money. Photos are more fun when you can share them in creative ways. I have no doubt I’ll be making some posters and I’ll share them with you here.
