This must be a smart pooch. I was thinking I needed to get one of these but I'm not sure my dog would be able to use it. Great video.

You could say to yourself, "this guy's got too much time on his hands to build something like that for his DOG!" But, quite possibly, the reason this contraption was conceived and built is because he DIDN'T have enough time to play catch with his dog.
A tragedy either way.
