Wifi at Iowa rest stop

Scott says it took longer for his laptop to boot than it did to connect to the free wifi at a state (Iowa) rest stop on I-35, just north of the Missouri border. Coast dwellers don’t believe it, but I’m telling you…Iowa is a very wired, progressive state. Very civilized. Do you need any further evidence?
