Thought you might be interested in this update on the case of Jack Wayne Rogers, the Fulton, Mo., man who was sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to child porn and obscenity charges. He appealed the sentence, complaining that it was too harsh, and today his appeal was denied. Here is a link to our new blog, which has more details.
